Sydney Water's qualified and dedicated social and welfare workers provide total solutions for Sydney Water customers having affordability concerns. They may offer direct financial support through their Payment Assistance Scheme (PAS) as well as extra assistance depending on the customer’s needs. This may include referrals to other agencies like yourselves for things like:
- emergency relief
- financial and personal counselling
- no interest loans
