Greater Charitable Foundation 2020 Funding

Greater Bank's Greater Charitable Foundation funds practical, life-changing initiatives which directly support families and communities. Applicants may apply for a minimum grant allocation of $30,000 (available for 12 months) and up to a maximum of $250,000 (allocated across a period of up to three years) for individual projects per funding round.

The Greater Charitable Foundation can only fund Deductible Gift Recipients (DGR).

Health and Wellbeing Initiatives

For example:

a) Practical Interventions aimed at supporting children living with a serious illness or injury to continue their education and learning (i.e., current partner Ronald McDonald Learning Program);

b) Research-informed services designed to maximise a baby’s developmental outcomes (i.e., current partner Cerebral Palsy Alliance’s Early Response Therapy program)

Education, Employment and Training Initiatives

For example:

a) Programs aimed at increasing educators’ knowledge, expertise and understanding (i.e., current partner KidsXpress Newcastle/Hunter Trauma-Informed Training and Education program)

b) Activities designed to enhance skills and optimise language and learning outcomes (i.e., current partner The Australian Literacy & Numeracy Foundation Taree)
