Give your full care and attention to children and families, by learning how to look after your well-being.

This workshop will identify the ways in which early childhood educators can use the concepts of Belonging, Being and Becoming to support their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing throughout their careers. Educators will learn how yoga, mindfulness and nutrition can be conducive to overall health, happiness and wellbeing. With practical and sustainable strategies that can be adapted to every individual, educators will learn how to skill-fully integrate a practice that is supportive of their professional and personal requirements as an early childhood Educator.

Participants will receive a pen, journal and some resources to take home.

NESA Statement: Completing Well-being for educators in an early childhood setting - will contribute 5 hours of NESA registered PD addressing 6.2.2 and 6.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
