The City of Parramatta is committed to creating Cultural Infrastructure for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community. Your contribution is important to assist Council better understand the needs and aspirations of the Community. Cultural infrastructure can be a place or a space where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People can celebrate, practice, share, maintain and strengthen their cultures, cultural material and cultural practices.
Cultural Infrastructure can be a building or an outdoor space. Cultural Infrastructure support can also be the allocation of dedicated funds and resources to support specific programs e.g. language classes, NAIDOC celebrations and community festivals.
